ReplyDaily is built on the principle of minimum necessary access. We only request the permissions we need to do one thing: reply to your Google reviews.
When you connect your Google Business Profile, you explicitly grant ReplyDaily access via Google's official OAuth 2.0 protocol. We request only the minimum permissions required:
business.manage
Read your Google Business Profile reviews and post replies on your behalf
userinfo.email
Verify your Google account identity during login
userinfo.profile
Display your name in the dashboard
Gmail / Drive / Calendar
We do NOT request access to your email, files, or calendar
Google Ads / Analytics
We do NOT request access to your advertising or analytics data
You can revoke ReplyDaily's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
OAuth tokens
Encrypted access and refresh tokens to maintain your Google connection. Never stored in plain text.
Review data
Review text, star ratings, and reviewer names — used only to generate appropriate replies.
Reply history
A log of replies posted on your behalf for your dashboard and analytics.
Account settings
Your brand voice preferences and custom reply instructions.
Sell your data to third parties
Access your Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Calendar
Post anything other than review replies to your Google Business Profile
Share your business data with other ReplyDaily customers
Use your review data to train AI models for other businesses
Store your Google account password (OAuth only — no passwords ever)
When you cancel your ReplyDaily subscription, your account data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation. After 30 days, all data associated with your account — including OAuth tokens, review history, and settings — is permanently deleted.
To request immediate deletion of your data, contact us at info@replydaily.com. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.
