3. Google Data Access

When you connect your Google Business Profile, we access:

• Your Google Business Profile reviews (to generate and post replies)
• Basic business information (name, location) to personalize replies

We do not access your personal Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or any other Google services beyond your Business Profile. We do not sell or share your Google data with third parties. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To generate and post AI-powered replies to your Google reviews
• To send you onboarding emails, approval requests, and service notifications

• To process payments and manage your subscription

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, we delete your data within 30 days, except where required by law. Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and refreshed automatically. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage of OAuth tokens, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• Google APIs — to access and manage your Business Profile reviews
• OpenAI — to generate AI-powered review replies
• Resend — to send transactional emails

Advertising measurement

With your consent, we use the Meta pixel and Meta Conversions API; Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and enhanced conversions using hashed email; and the OpenAI ads pixel and conversions API. We may share pages visited, purchase events, hashed email, IP address, and browser information with these providers to measure the performance of our advertising.

Each provider has their own privacy policy and data practices.

8. Your Rights
